Who handles them

What we collect

Venue enquiries: your entered name, email, venue, city, interest, invite code if supplied and submission time. Tester registration: your authenticated account ID and email, typed legal name, city, requested features, acceptance timestamp, exact agreement text, version, SHA-256 digest and browser user-agent. We also store the host's review decision and access instructions. No payment details or identity documents are requested.

Why and who can see it

We use these records to review requests, arrange testing, administer access and keep evidence of acceptance. Your account can view its tester record; authorised reviewers can review applications. This website uses Sites hosting with Cloudflare D1 storage and Firebase Authentication for Google and email sign-in. These providers process information to operate the service. Cue does not receive your Google password or read your inbox. Email account passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication. Records may be processed outside India through these providers; confidentiality acceptance records are not a promise of India-only storage.

Choices and retention

Registration is optional. Contact us to correct information, withdraw from testing or request deletion. We will consider retention needed for administering the programme, resolving claims and legal obligations, and explain when a record must be retained. Withdrawal from testing doesn't undo an earlier acceptance. We don't automatically subscribe applicants to marketing, sell registration records or publish tester names.

Cookies and security

Authentication uses service cookies. We don't add advertising trackers. Hosting providers may maintain operational or security logs. Do not put passwords, PINs, guest information or confidential customer data into enquiry fields. Approval on this website is not an app login and never supplies the Feni House staff PIN.
